Multibatch® are highly filled polyolefin masterbatches, containing up to 75% of mineral fillers such as calcium carbonate (CaCO3), titan dioxide (TiO2) or talcum and intended for dilution in virgin polyolefins.

MIcrotalc, next generation of filled polyolefin compounds is based on a unique and patented combination of high aspect ratio filler
and processing technology.
Multibatch® µ-talc provides structural stiffness and impact resistance at significantly lower filler levels versus traditional
solutions but also similar characteristics to glass filled PP.
This unique innovation enables many opportunities for novel part designs (lower part thickness), fuel efficiency (weight reduction)
and enhancements of properties for recycled materials.
